What's your favorite class? Cardio Funk and Weightless are my 2 favorite classes so far…I look forward to trying them all.
Who is your toughest Wellness Coach? So far, Pam is the toughest instructor, but she’s super sweet so it’s hard to hold it against her. ;) What has been your biggest challenge? My challenge is and has always been staying motivated. I have set a goal and am taking it one day at a time.

What is your ultimate wellness goal? My goal is to be Fit by 40. :) My birthday is in the middle of July so I have plenty of time to lose the weight the right way. I want to tone as well as lose. My ultimate goal is to rock a bikini at my party.
What lead to your 7-pound weight loss? My weight loss has been easy. I have changed my diet and the mix of classes and instructors are awesome. I was at LA Fitness for a while, but struggled trying to find instructors that seem to enjoy what they were teaching. I love the enthusiasm your instructors have. They make you want to come to class.
